We have used Absolute for about 5 years, and have been extremely happy with the results. We have a aging dog with many accidents. Tom has been successful with getting them cleaned up. Absolute Carpet Cleaning are Professional and Courteous from start to finish and got out all of our tough stains that most carpet cleaners couldn't do. Highly Recommend!! I had a great experience with Absolute Carpet Cleaning. Mike is a really nice guy and always answered the phone whenever I called. One of his techs, Andy is also a really good guy. We had a situation where one of my bedrooms needed the carpet stretched. Andy put the time and effort in, but the carpet is so old that the stretching didn't turn out as good as he hoped so he didn't charge me for it. Very honest and thoughtful! Will definitely be calling them whenever I need my carpets cleaned or stretched again. Andy arrived on time on October 25, 2018. He was professional and kind. Andy even helped me move a heavy bookcase in order to remove a water-soaked pad. He also assured me that no mold had grown, which calmed me down. He explained what to do and actually cleaned the rest of my carpet. I would give Andy an A+ rating. I have used Absolute Carpet for over 15 years! They are very professional and make my carpets look like new! I have a dog and they always get out any pet stains. I have had them do my furniture too! Always reliable! I highly recommend! |
Beside being an outstanding, and reasonably priced general carpet cleaner,Tom and Mike are absolute wizards with difficult stain situations! Not long after Mike did his usual beautiful job of cleaning our light beige, multi-room carpet, we had an unfortunate "pet accident" involving the "reappearance" of some chocolate & strawberry candy that out naughty dog got into. The stain, in three large spots, was horrendous! Mike rearranged a busy schedule to come back immediately and attack our stains! Amazing! He got 98% out on the first try and came back briefly a second time at no charge to do a small treatment that got rid of the rest. Mike is absolutely has named this company appropriately because he is the best. I have used his services every 6 months for over 4 years. can clean everything but the demons out of our carpets. Cat pee, pens/marker, coffee stains, wine stains, mud, slime, glue, all of it and more. Every year I think I have to replace these carpets and every year he cleans them up and makes them livable again. He also has cleaned our couches and some area rugs. I love him. It’s so easy to work with him. Best carpet cleaning service I have ever used ! Reasonable rates, punctual and super nice. I have been using Mike and Tom from Absolute Carpet Cleaning for years and would recommend them unconditionally ! |
